Griz Football Product

Oh, please. Let’s make game day music for high school kids. Good joke.

UM game day experience is way better than MSU’s. Even most Cats admit that.

Baseball is boring.

You are out of touch. And not very smart.

It literally hasn’t changed in 20 years. Emblematic of a stale product. The fact you don’t see an issue actually supports my argument.

I was at the game in Bozeman. Probably paid more than you did for your Fiesta Bowl tics. The energy in that fan base is palpable. Made me miss when our fans cared about excellence and not Bobby’s ego and Kent’s paycheck.

If only Sears had gotten better elevator music. They’d be bigger than all the tech companies now. Your posts are getting dumber and dumber.

This is exactly how lawyers think. They assume they are experts in everything, but really just stand as roadblocks to innovation and improvement.

The better analogy would be if they had downsized mall foot space and embraced online retail they could have been competitive with Amazon, Wal-Mart and eBay.

My friends who attended the game in Missoula said the atmosphere is not even close to Missoula’s. You are out to lunch.

Then you got screwed on your Bozeman tickets.

Who cares about Kent’s paycheck? What a stupid comment.

No, that’s not right. You obviously know nothing about business.

So that was inferring that people don’t ask for change/innovation/improvement because they want to protect Kent’s job. Not that I actually care about Kent’s low 6-figure paycheck.

Not a chance you would get into Fartmouth these days.

UND was 8-6.

He’s had chances at big road wins. Let’s talk about the big away games Booby Hack has fumbled the bag on.
SHSU - 04
Weber - 08
JMU - 21
Weber - 19
Weber - 23
UND - 24
NDSU - 22
SDSU - 24
MSU - 03
MSU - 05
MSU - 19
MSU - 21
MSU - 23
MSU - 25 x 2
EVERY national championship

Seems like a trend. That’s a 5% win pct in marquee road games. Eek
Now list all the wins.

MLB is setting attendance records. Must be a lot of us old guys around.
Yes. Because they recognized that a 4.75 hour game between Boston and NY, where a pitch was happening every 50 seconds may be harming the game’s appeal. So instead of having a few beers and telling their favorite Billy Martin stories, MLB overhauled the product. Now the sport is as popular as ever. Weird how that works…

I don’t know anyone who wants to protect Haslam’s job. You are weird.

I would get into Dartmouth easier now than before. We now have 9 Dartmouth grads in family.

Marquee road wins? I did JMU in 08.

Oh my bad, I did forget Idaho in 23. Booby Hack has a 5.25% win pct in important road games.
Wins don’t only occur on the road. Every good season ends with a loss if the team doesn’t win a national championship. Many of those are on the road.

Different subject, but Pflu was 11-1 against Cats while on Griz coaching staff. And he got fired.

Prob only thing we can agree on is that Pflu got snowed by Pat Williams via Engstrom, it was too bad. Everett supported… thought Engstrom was “smart as a whip”.

Good teams and coaches can win on the road. It is a symptom of excellence, which is the goal.

BTW, did you let Robin know you were badmouthing his deceased friend and his family at Christmas on an FCS message board?

Pflu was 0-1 or 1-1 against MSU as a head coach depending on if you are going on the official record or not.

I can tell you have a lack of baseball knowledge and never played the game. lol
Correct. I worked on our ranch every summer into college. I could ride horses and cut cattle better than most on the board. In the saddle from sun up to dark spotting cows in heat for AI for 40 days in row every summer.

I bet you weren’t in Yankee Stadium to see Reggie Jackson hit 3 home runs to beat Dodgers in Game 6 in 1977.

“In Game 6 of the 1977 World Series against the
Los Angeles Dodgers, Yankees slugger Reggie Jackson hit three home runs on three consecutive pitches from three different Dodger pitchers (Burt Hooton, Elias Sosa, and Charlie Hough), sealing the championship for the Yankees and cementing his "Mr. October" nickname with one of baseball's greatest performances. He hit the homers on the first pitch in each of his three at-bats, a feat of power and precision in New York's deciding 8-4 victory.“

Thanks for answering my question. You hit the nail on the head. Booby’s last (and only) marquee road win was JMU in 2008.

Fun fact, that was so long ago that I watched it at Bodega and you could still smoke cigs.
I was at the game. Partied with the Anderson family and more after the game at hotel. I got some of the cheerleaders and Monte to join us.

When a team gets so many home playoff games, many big wins are at home. It doesn’t matter where big wins occur. And you have to be in big games, to win them. Hauck has a lot.

21 playoff wins. More than any NDSU coach.

“His postseason record makes him the winningest active coach in the FCS tournament history and the third-winningest of all-time in the tournament behind legendary coaches Jim Tressel (Youngstown St., 23 wins) and Jerry Moore (Appalachian St., 22 wins).”
