UM might not see the type of crowds Cal has...shooting free throws is not easy there. Students behind the baskets and along the sides....you don't get that often in the BSC.

Don't make fucking excuses. The Griz have themselves to blame. They had 400 chances to win this game and didn't.

WOW,, what a frustrating loss. Took good care of the ball. FT shooting lost that game for the GRIZ, nothing more than that.

They should have won at Boise and they should have won at Cal...things are looking up...both of those teams would probably dominate the BSC. It's the conference that counts...and hopefully, the Griz will know how to close out a close game.

That said, this was a character building loss. It's a loss, and I HATE it, especially since all we had to do was hit FTs to win. But this loss will pay dividends.

Take out the frustration on Davidson.

True enough but it is tough at Haas....anyone who has played can tell you that...too bad about the free throws, but they offset a lot of that by forcing Cal to make more turnovers than they usually do....the future is not so dim, if the Griz can play consistently like they did at Boise and Berkeley.

because it take a genius to know that if you shoot better than 11-23 from the FT line you probably win a game that goes 2ots
