I was referring to his work with the conditioning coach and being on bike an then having ice on it. Having had tendonitis, I know if you push it it will get worse.

He was also the only player to take his helmet off immediatley as they huddled. I hope for his sake he gets it together.

I agree. I am only saying the coaches are on top of it. They know this kid a lot better than us.

Not sure a stationary bike is going to get one caught up. Not like the other players aren't working out every day and getting in better shape.

Heard he didnt want to do updowns anymore.

Evidence would suggest he didn't want to do them the first time.

The new def backfield coach Alexander is a good one and he will do a good job with the talent he has. He has made a noticeable difference already!

Which Frontier program did the coach come from? I forget.

His coach is Alexander from Boise St and the NFL. That aside a good coach is a good coach, no matter what Conference they come from. Coaches from lower level conferences are dealing with kids that need more development thus it takes coaches with good teaching skills. Stitt came from Divll. Does that make him inferior?

He is working with the strength and conditioning coach on his tendonitis in his knee. It is more than just his conditioning. Choate is doing the right thing with him. If you push him too hard with this it could just make it worse. He participated much more today. Say what you want about the kid, once he gets it going, he is a talent. The new def backfield coach Alexander is a good one and he will do a good job with the talent he has. He has made a noticeable difference already. It is funny to read your assumptions on here about this kid based on a few seconds of video without context. Go figure!

I must admit I find myself in agreement with this poster. he seems to at least get it. This guy was a pac 12 corner and should know exactly what it takes to be in proper fall camp shape. He was dogging it so bad in that video there is no excuse in my opinion. He even seems to scoot to the right at the end in an attempt to hide himself behind a teammate. There is out of shape and then therec is a lack of heart and effort. I'm seeing the latter. And some of your own fans are too.

:shock: that is crazy bad. Coming to fall practice unable to even keep up with high school players. Even the big guys are light years ahead of this guy. There are gyms, trails, stairs all over to condition oneself. If he has a knee problem row a damn boat or something but don't come to fall camp like that.

I'm not on here to get into meaningless pissing matches with you. I know if I had simply said I was a former player, that would have been met with incredulity. Maybe I'll change my username to something similar to BWalhberg - maybe KKain would clarify this. Would that help you not confuse my posts with your Steve friend?

Ty was my (and a lot of other players) favorite coach I had while playing for the Griz. I haven't spoken to him in the 8 years since I graduated so maybe a lot has changed, but I doubt it.
