Looking forward to some competition. . .eventually. I think it is fair to expect blow outs most of the year. The schedule this year is about the weakest it has ever been. Hard to really know where the team is, or even how good the guys are, until they play some decent competition. Also, I have noticed such a drop in skill from most of the Big Sky teams over the past 4-5 years. It is very visible when you objectively look at it. The conference and the FCS is almost night and day from what it was for awhile. I feel like the drop off has accelerated each year since about 2020. I guess it works in the Griz's favor, because Hauk is great with keeping a consistent program, while many of the other programs have significantly dropped off. It is almost just the two Montana schools that have any real clout in the Big Sky, at this point. Am I wrong?
