"Fight On!"

East side say Go Griz!
West side say Fight On!

Coin toss or before kickoff vs UNI, lets do this

We should try and see if this would actually catch on. I know some people are not partial to it but I personally think it’s dumb the cheer team took the liberty of leading the “Montana” “Grizzlies” chant. They don’t always do it at the right times and it’s lost a bit of it’s emotion.

I'm all in

Been following the GRIZ since 1974 but can't get behind the report of "Go Griz" as, "fight on", sounds like a high school thing.

Yep.

To put it in a different perspective, I’d imagine the players and coaches would feel a great deal of support if it spread just outside of them and into the fans. Been following the Griz all my life as well and am all for it.

Yeah...not on the Fight On bandwagon. I find it awesome as a response to the team or a player or a coach who says "Go Griz" at the end of something. Like at the end of the fight song. However, fan to fan....meh. I don't understand how the Montana Grizzlies chant has not got traction during the coin flip. I think its just consistency. people will follow if its consistent and the people trying to lead it have been less than that.

Agree with this and the feels forced. How about maul 'em? Or something a bit more original. That's something people can respond to, if it's "a Montana thing". Truth is, I looked at this thread about 6 times yesterday, and had to look again this morning to even remember what it was they wanted us to say.

I tried to talk my wife into buying a case of Miller Light for $14.95. Instead, she bought a jar of cold cream for $7.95.
I told her the beer would make her look better at night than the cold cream.
Fight On...

Has she served you the divorce papers yet Victor?

No, she doesn't read eGriz anymore!

While we're on the subject, can we agree the appropriate response to "Go Cats Go" is "in the Litter Box!?"

Maul 'em is a great idea! :thumb:

BW, please get back to Bobby. Tell him e-Griz has discussed the matter and has decided to go in another direction. We expect these changes to be implemented before the season opener. Also, please advise the bookstore that all officially licensed merchandise should now read "Maul 'em" instead of the aforementioned "Fight on".

Thank you!

Thinking more about this I always thought that the reply ( to Go Griz) was simply a clinched fist.

Less is more.
