So you believe there is over $10 million dollars in untapped private money available? And then there are sources they can tap annually to maintain?

I believe you are a negative person. I also believe where there is a will, there is a way. I haven’t seen a cost analysis of a possible move up and I’m not an accountant nor qualified to come to a conclusion of financial projections. It’s easy to sit back and say it won’t work without having the numbers. Hopefully, Main Hall will bring together the appropriate individuals to do an analysis and make it public.

Spanky, dealing in reality isn't be negative. I also believe you are being naive, because they have a real good idea on the coat, and it's not real difficult to ballpark. I am still curious where you think all this private transition money would come from.

You’re “not an accountant nor qualified to come to a conclusion of financial projections”. Is it possible, Spanky, that someone who IS an accountant and who IS qualified to come to a conclusion HAS come to that conclusion that it’s not financially viable? And we can have all the “will” in the world, doesn’t mean there’s necessarily a “way”.

And FYI: I’m one of the biggest “move-up” proponents on this board…would love to be in a conference with Wyoming, Colorado State, Nevada, Boise, AFA, etc., etc…but wishing it doesn’t make it so…or even possible.

Thank you! At least we have input from someone qualified.

AZ, congrats on becoming a qualified accountant.

Well, I AM CFO of a $14 Billion company, so I suppose I AM qualified, but I haven't seen any of the numbers (nor do I want to)...I just have to assume that the research HAS been done and the answer comes back as untenable.

My assumption also, and that they continually review and update.

Yep. I have to believe that if there was a believable study that led to the conclusion that there was MORE money available at a different level, we'd be playing at that level.

I was CEO of a Canadian/US company built primarily by myself and I don’t assume anything. Now I’m a mere Business Intermediary that would like to see if Main Hall has actually done a cost analysis.
