I've done it professionally all my adult life, among other things covering more than 50 years continuous paid professional sport science experience for the University of Montana and various related National and International Olympic Sport entities. I have a different perspective than you do.Sam A. Blitz said:It really isn't a tall order. This is a fan message board where people provide varying opinions.
I take the efforts of these young people and volunteer people as players, officials and coaches seriously. I'm not mocking your student athlete or "fan" perspective; I would however appreciate the courtesy from you not to demean mine just because you aren't part of it and have never done anything like that.
Fair enough?
After all, if it wasn't a "tall order," everybody would have figured out how to be National Champions.
Right?
It is a "tall order." That you so easily demean and disparage the actual record precisely on that point doesn't tell me anything I actually need to know. It only tells me that, for some reason, you don't know it.
Indeed, that you have it backwards.
The upcoming year is going to be a key test. For some reason, Coach Stitt has found it a much "taller order" than you claim it is. Are you writing a letter explaining to Coach Stitt that it's just not that much of a "tall order?" According to you, you've got it figured out. Good luck on that one.
Are you claiming he is wrong? Should Coach Stitt give you a call?
Really?
Imagine that conversation.
