Two kids, ages 15&13 that both graduated from UM. Son works in the athletic department here. Daughter got her Masters at USC, and currently works in the athletic department there.
Son is being recruited by both Griz and Cats, but probably leaning MSU. We were on the sideline for the Superbowl, and he’s now considering going back to work for KC Chiefs in some capacity. Other son already works in NFL front office.
My other daughter is being recruited to Stanford for basketball, but I am hoping she chooses UM. It’s a tough decision for her having played for Robin Selvig in the past. We’ll see what happens. Other son is a playing football here as a junior, and less than thrilled with the recent coaching changes.
I have been up a while this morning so maybe I am reading this wrong.
"Two kids, ages 15&13 that both graduated from UM."
How old were your kids when they started UM to both have graduated by ages15 and 13? Is your son named Sheldon?
I know almost nothing about Utah State, so I'm curious, what makes you say that?NavyBlue said:No, went out of state, to Utah State. Lately, I kind of wish I had went to either UM or MSU.

That makes complete sense, thanks. :thumb:NavyBlue said:uofmman1122 said:I know almost nothing about Utah State, so I'm curious, what makes you say that?
It was ok, nothing against it. They had a good accounting program. I live in Indiana now, so when I go home I go to Montana. I haven't been to Logan or anywhere in Utah in over 20 years. Not being LDS I probably would fit in a little better in Montana. People were ok to me, I never felt discriminated against or anything.
I think mainly I may have had more lasting friendships with people in Montana. Since I return to Montana every now and then to visit family. I did enjoy my time at USU.

Ithaca is a lot like Missoula, though without real mountains but with cool waterfalls and gorges. The only genuine sports enthusiasm for the Big Red was for hockey. Joe Nieuwendyk played when I was there. Don Read came to UM while I was gone, so it was a nice change for UM football when I returned home.CDAGRIZ said:That’s probably a requirement that should still be in place the more I think about it. I’d say about 70% of disciplinary actions I see from the Bar stem from some sort of client trust accounting issues. Where did you end up getting your ticket, Goat?

By any chance, are you the guy who flies his F-18 and parks it at Holman Aviation, when he "comes home" to visit family? If so, I don't know how you manage to get the Navy to OK your side trips, but its OK with me. I live on final approach, so I get to see the 'out of the ordinary' craft that come to town. I know the sound of your engines because you always come in too fast for the first approach, so have to loop around and land on #2. Noisy piece of machinery.
