Well all we know about is one hit. We are judging these 2 acts based on what we know and I'm going to guess that Ray Rice's wife is not actually in an abusive relationship as this is the first time offense with them still going strong.

What we know is that Ray Rice hit/slapped his girl once(obviously not ok)

Tiger Woods sleeping with MULTIPLE women while married with kids
