Team member Twitter accounts have been thunderously silent about the latest coaching additions. No congratulations to Semore, the kinds of things you would expect for a coach these kids have had for a year now. It is a contrast to the many positive tweets on Gregorak and Legi.

I thought maybe it was just because it was over a holiday, but wow, since then, still just nothing from the team. Then this. I guess we just "live in interesting times."

It is also interesting to see self-proclaimed knowledgeable "fans" now attacking good kids, individual Griz players as "smurfs" and deserving of their fates. Geez, what a bunch ...

Good luck to Chase, hope things work out. Collegiate football is still about kids and growing and making good people. Winning is a goal, it's not a process. Some of the assholes on this board don't get that. As usual, I would have been glad to see a nice press release from the coaching staff thanking Chase for his loyalty and contributions. You know, a small token of inexpensive gratitude; a classy sendoff. Maybe they will get around to one tomorrow.
