I'm in a phase where I like so-called session IPAs. Stone has "Go To IPA." Firestone Walker has "Easy Jack." Lagunitas has "All Day Ale." I'm sure there are others. Anyway, the gig is you get a full-bodied brew at about 4.5% ABV with similar nutrition specs as a Bud heavy or Coors Original. The idea being, it's craft brew, and you can drink more than 3-4 of them and still have room to eat whatever you put on the smoker many hours before.

When one of my sons was about 12, a bunch of his friends were at our house. My wife and I were listening to one of them singing this song, which was pretty funny by itself. Kettlehouse is indeed fine. Was introduced to their famous Cold Smoke several years ago, but found that the big winner for me was their IPA Double Haul. They get the hops just right in that one.
Also if you are ever around Flagstaff they have a brewery on the site of an old lumberyard, right down town, and their Lumberyard IPA is to die for.
