You guys don't get it.

NDSU would DOMINATE us on both the DL and OL. They would do to us what we are doing to other teams. Their lines are flat nasty, cocky and they have proved it for years. They line up and hit people in their FBS faces while we beat App St and UND.

No comparison.

Concur.

NDSU has a lot of great championship teams, but this is the best team in NDSU history. On the upside, a Frisco or playoff loss to them would be a great primer for next year... when they may be mortal again.

Next year we lose our entire O-line and our entire starting LB crew. Hate to say it, but THIS is the year...Frisco or bust.

Yes on the LB's but Poole, Schmaing, both the Hines twins return and we have some youngsters that will step up. The cupboard is far from bare on the OL and Gragg will coach em up. We have decent depth at LB also. I'm not ready to concede that this year is our only chance to win an NC.

Sweet Jesus, I whole-heartedly agree with you Hammer, In face I believe next year will be just as good of chance or better than this year to win a Nat Champ! Look at all those skilled players that will be older...all those WRs, all those RBs, all those secondary players, and all those D-Line players!!! And oh yeah, Jordan Johnson being a SR. We are flippin' loaded for 2014. Plus we'll add newcomers (2nd year FR) to the active roster. Futures so bright, I gotta wear... 8-)

Yes LB will take a hit (and we lose 3 OL), but that's it, everywhere else IMPROVES. Losing a few SRs, that's the nature of the beast. Good thing we recruit every year, and have done so for a very long time. :D

The Griz will compete at a very high level these next 2 years, OBVIOUSLY.

Just stop this right now.

NDSU is the king and nobody else is close.

You talk up NDSU almost as much as you did App State back in 2009.

Remember how much confidence you had that the Griz would lose to App State?

You just dont get it, but you will start to on Saturday.........................scratch that, you will be one of the guys making excuses on here probably about the field conditions or the refs.

The plot thickens.
This is it. These boys are not happy with what happened last year and are ready to rip apart the FCS. The Grizzlies have already shredded the best passing team in the FCS. Who's next? The running game? Bauman? Zenner? Vander Laan? Bring em!! None of this is gonna end until that trophy is brought back here.

Why not this year?? A gigantic Senior O line, big time D, a ShInInG QB... What more could you ask for?

Since the bison are considered totally unbeatable cancel remaining games and FedEx trophy, save us all any hope of post season...

Based on the 2 games played, I'm not ready to limit my expectations. There simply isn't ANY reason to not expect the best. For 8 qtrs. we've stomped the opposition in front of us. Actually, complete annihilation. NDSU looks awesome, but everyone is beatable on any given day. :egriz:

I'm ready to see what's gonna happen in conference play. This is gonna get good!!

There isn't any doubt here. So stop it. These boys are ripped and ready to shred some people. After what happened last year, who isn't pissed?! Can you imagine what it's like on that field? Who's gonna stop damn near 1600 LBs of starting fluid? And when there is 8 of them up there? Travon and Canada in the back RARING to go like freshly branded stud horses!? You better MovE!! Or the other option is to watch JJ on the option? HA! Or do something about it. Right?

Props to NDSU but this is Montana!! Compare the records. The Grizzlies are built for this and this is what they do, year in and year out. This is the program we've invested in and/or rooted for our entire lives. Like AZ said FRISCO OR BUST!!!!
UP WITH MONTANA BOYS!!!!

What happened? Did somebody grease the tracks? Let's here some more Frisco talk? The fan base isn't quitting on them....or are they?

No giving up here. Lol. That $hit show at NAU was a mess. Idk wtf was going in there. Pretty messy tho. I'm guessing that they thought the W was just gonna get handed to them or something. Honestly I don't know why NAU is even in the top 25. Thankfully they were or the Griz woulda been outta the top 25 with that kind of loss.

Kind of like MSU's shit show at SFA.

The Bison looked beatable this weekend against UNI. It might have been a reality if UNI's star running back hadn't sustained a hip pointer. He was not as effective in the second half. Then UNI had the life sucked out of them when Jake Farley (their leading tackler) broke his leg in the fourth quarter. Having said that, NDSU will be very tough for anyone to beat but UNI was damn close to doing it.

I watched the game and really didn't think they looked beatable.......in fact playing the way they did with the turnovers they had, dropped passes and overall lack of emotion......kind of makes me think they had their bad game and nobody will come close to them the rest of the year.

When you are as good as NDSU it would be hard to stay focused when you play FCS teams because you know your better than all of them. Its no wonder they play down to their competition.

Anyone that watched that game and even when they were down 23-10 that didn't think they would win...........probably post on here because they are not very smart. Even if NDSU lost they were still the better team and both teams know that.

All I seen was the final score and a W next to NDSU against the #2 team in the FCS. They've proved their point in this game I think. UNI had the lead at the half (I believe) but NDSU took that away. If anyone is gonna beat em they better have their shit together cuz only one single "Romo" mistake will be a nail in the coffin.
