Weber usually makes other teams look awesome...


Griz make other teams look good because they are barely more than mediocre themselves

Disappointing half on offense. Defense actually played solid. We need to come out on fire in the 2nd half. I think we have the short quick passes all day long. Do we have the coaching staff to actually take advantage of it though?

Well lets hope the offense coaching staff makes some adjustments at half. There is a lot of opportunity for 5-7 yard passes in the middle of the field. Weber St. was bringing pressure up the middle all half.

All in all, we are up and the defense seems to be playing better.

We are absolutely in love with the fly pattern down the left sideline...I wish they would shorten some of those passes up.

Ya, I have never been a fan of that whether it was Pflu offense or this one. I miss the passing offense we ran with Ochs. A lot of crossing patterns.

JJ needs to realize that there are other receivers other than Henderson and doesn't have to do deep all the time. Nguyen runs well and hard, despite the fumble, I like him. If the front 4 don't get pressure it will be a long day for the D in the middle of the field.
