Montana State University president Waded Cruzado is the real deal. I'm certain montana 'college' president Bodner is article. :thumb:

Bodnar is the real deal and smarter.

Cool. I look at facts and results. MSU crushes um at almost everything. I don’t see that changing any time soon.

Bodnar took over a school that was in steep decline and and had gone down a lot. He's turned things around, so the school is going in the right direction. I see that Griz beating the Cats in football next fall, as well in some of the basketball games. You are not close enough to UM to know what is going on.

I’ll believe it when I see it. These things take time. MSU is getting better and better each year in almost everything. I read that every um football coach is changing, with the exception of Justin Green. That is pretty drastic, seems desperate. Will probably take a couple years to see if the changes lead to better results or worse.

One new coach was added to the people who were on staff last fall. And one new analyst. When 2 people retire, the head coach needs to move things around and get a couple new people. Some of the guys were added previously in anticipation of the 2 retirements. No desperation whatsoever. The results have been good for 3 years, except for Johnson's injury. Next season will be a good season. We'll see how the qb's look in the spring.

This isn't up for MSU: "MSU posted a total enrollment of 16,688, down from its record 16,902 in 2018." Enrollment has declined a bit. UM has way more law students than MSU does. Ha.

Should we bookmark this post?
How do we know if we should bookmark one of your posts if you don’t tell us to bookmark your post?
How many bookmarks do you believe you suggested in your career trolling your rival’s board? We are coming up on your 20 year egriz anniversary.
I think 1000 bookmarks is a reasonable guess.
You have almost 4000 posts and seem to say “bookmark” every 4th post.

Speaking of facts and results, there’s no denying that UM is being crushed by the land grant institution when it comes to coaching staff DUI’s, player PED suspensions and Clery Report sexual assaults. Crush on…

Remember when McVay turned the rams around and led them to a superbowl and then teams figured out how to defend their schemes? Yeah, they sucked again. I see this in the Cats near future. Similar history. Sees some success every now and then but, ultimately falls back down where they're meant to be.

To be fair, it’s tough to perform when almost all of your key players are out with injury like the Rams.

Let’s just say it is a very, very good time to be a Bobcat. I’m not saying um will never recover, but the difference in leadership at the two universities is staggering. Even if they cleaned house and started over with new leadership at the top, it would probably take 20 years for um to get back to the point where they can compete with MSU in well….. about anything.

Was it good to be a Bobcat when your "great" Lady Cats lost in the first round of the hoops tourney?

Wait, but weren’t they like one of, if not the best team in the tourney? Did they win any games?

So, Griz Nation now knows the full coaching staff, Vlidak is QB1 and KB is QB2. Depth is unknown for the most part.

O-Line is intact, RBs are solid but questions about WR, D-line and secondary.

Anyone want to change their votes?

Fans who expect semi-final appearance - stand by that vote?

I expect to lose every game because I think it makes me seem badass and edgy. I could do a way better job than this coaching staff and I hate everything. Mom is making pizza rolls.

Four practices into spring ball and anyone has a solid read on anything? Not likely. but bobby has already announced things are changing, and besides the players, no one is going to see what those changes are until they show up in September. How you could have a sense of where he lands it? I am hopeful that we'll skip the presser where it's announced that it's the best team ever, again.

More than any year in recent memory, it's about what happens around the conference. Five new coaches - so you have to hope that they all don't turn out like Idaho. Bozeman is still the class of the conference until they're not. No one expected them to be as successful last season because they were starting over on the o & d-lines but somehow, they managed. Davis and Weebs likely stay very competitive. The fighting Barneys and Bests are tough calls, though I expect them to show up.

Even for the speculation on a message board, way too soon to determine if there's anything to be upset over or happy about.

Bobcats are on a two year run of playing way over their heads until they meet the real deal. Exposed by NDSU two years ago and SDSU this year. The close calls in several conference road games went their way last year just as the close calls for the Griz did not. I'm with Hoops this year's game will go to the Griz. Will either team have enough to take down N or S DSU's? Time will tell but the defensive adjustments to Mellot 's one dimensional play will be more broadly evident this year in every game.

That is very wishful thinking, but it’s OK as everyone is entitled to an opinion. Vigen has been building a team and culture capable of toppling the DSUs. He certainly understands the formula. We’ll know soon enough. Cats will be damn good again, as usual. Good enough to beat SDSU? We’ll find out September 9th. :thumb:

I feel like they don’t quite comprehend the absolute fact that they will always be lil’ bro(s). Sad, really.

   Time for a reality check CDA. MSU is dominating UM all the way around these days. UM are the lil' bro(s) until they can prove otherwise. Cats embarrassed UM in football this year and domintated the Griz in both men and womens basketball. You are living in a long past!

What the hell are DSUs?

Did it auto-correct for DUIs?

Are you talking about the legal team put together to topple DUIs?

Damn, you’re right. This post ^^^ on eGriz.com really showed me how the Bobs aren’t, and won’t always be, lil’ bro.

So you can have a pass this one time on how this big bro/little bro thing works since you’re so new to being good at something. One just doesn’t simply become big bro after being little bro and totally dominated for 100+ years. Ya you’ve had a nice little run the last 4-5 years but it’s not gonna last and 100+ years of domination doesn’t get erased by one little four game winning streak. I know as little bro, it’s hard for you to understand this. That’s why I’m giving you this proper exclamation of how us kicking you around for a 100+ years will faaaarrrrr out way your cute little run of the last 4 years or so. You are and always will be little bro.
