No video, not seen by parking attendant near car, no finger prints on car, no evidence of car being broken into, shown on hotel videos checking in and coming through hotel not carrying anything. Must have been put in room by someone who wanted to get him in trouble.
That doesn't also include the fact that he rented a car as a UNLV employee and was driving with a suspended license due to a DUI. That alone could be considered a fireable offense. Then you add in the mess that was that night. His decision to drive with a suspended license and not tell UNLV of his DUI probably contributed to his firing just as much, if not more, than waking up and having someone else's gun in his hotel room with no idea how it got there.
He wasn't on a recruiting trip. Had gone to Boulder to visit college buddies, prior to a recruiting trip. All charges were dropped, because all were false and the Boulder police had not done a proper or complete investigation. I heard the UNLV AD who let him go, gave him a recommendation for the Tech job. Stop making up stuff and telling lies.
Tell me where I am making stuff up and telling lies. From http://www.spokesman.com/stories/2010/aug/01/vindication-for-gregorak-comes-much-too-late/:
He was bound for the Denver area to recruit beginning May 3, but went a few days early to join some former Colorado teammates in Boulder for what he called a “mock reunion.”
Then it was discovered that he’d been driving on a suspended license, part of the resolution of a DUI citation he received in Minnesota last summer.
Livengood probably did give him a recommendation for the Tech job. Ty's a good coach. Unfortunately, at that time, Livengood essentially had no choice but to let him go. Would your employer think it was alright to rent a car with a company credit card and drive with a suspended license due to a DUI? I know quite a bit about the situation, thanks though.
