Can we get a New AD please?

At Arizona Haslam will be more about continuing what is already in place as far as sponsorships for revenue there is already a lot in place. Jersey patches and naming rights for the basketball and football stadiums were all done recently by DRF. Kent Haslam has a lot of connections in Arizona from his time at NAU.

He hired the winningest coaches in the history of the basketball and football programs. He done an excellent job at UM but you can’t blame him for moving on to somewhere else if they are going to pay more than 4x what UM is paying.

You can still keep football in the FCS win/compete for championship and still continue to make money as you do now. The other sports especially WBB and MBB suffer being in the BSC, it’s a one bid league with no revenue generation. You could get multiple ncaa bids in MWC.

UC Davis AD and president were able to do it, I know your going to say they have the CA market

He’s won some he has lost some. He also hired the absolute worst hire in history when he hired Shannon Cate. Then Stitt was a bit of a dud. Then Holsinger not good. And he let the worst coaching staff hang around the softball program way too long. Looks like he finally made a great hire there. I like him and hope he stays with the U of M but he has missed plenty too.

Also a similar blind eye to the mediocre to poor volleyball program
