OK. You don't understand how it works. Young guys come on staff as assistant position coaches and/or as grad assistants. They make peanuts. Look back at any resume of any head coach and look at the jobs they had in their 20's. They are assistant position coaches. No where did it say he was "the secondary coach." Griz already have a CB and safeties coach. This guy played at Nebraska and in the CFL and you don't think he should be considered for an assistant position or grad assistant position at UM? By the way it was best JC in the nation.
