If this post is saying what I think you're saying then I don't think this post is saying what you think it's saying. The defending national champions have 0 NFL players in the 2026 class. 0 have even secured a mini camp invite.

I THINK that the the original poster was saying (poking fun) that none of the Seniors from last years Bobcats team were good enough to make the NFL..what are you saying ?
I figured the cats poster was saying that his team will suck just a as bad in this area next year but who knows what that dude is saying. Bozeman can do this to you especially if you eat to much at the pickle barrel.I THINK that the the original poster was saying (poking fun) that none of the Seniors from last years Bobcats team were good enough to make the NFL..
The Responding poster was pointing out that his post calling out those facts, was actually showing that MSU will be just as good this year, therefore really saying that MSU is good.
Then they started pointing at each other like the Spiderman meme...
From what i understand hes moving on from football. Tired of being a bigger man than he should be.What’s going on with Paul Brott and why is he not getting a try out? He had a solid season.
Yes, but they're the defending national champions, and we're not. I'd rather be the defending national champions. Just saying. The defending national champions have 0 NFL players in the 2026 class. 0 have even secured a mini camp invite.
We only had 8 seniors and most of our top players were underclassmen who are back for another season. The defending national champions have 0 NFL players in the 2026 class. 0 have even secured a mini camp invite.
If Michael Wortham doesn’t make the 53 the Griz in all likelihood will also have 0 NFL players in their 2026 class.Yes, but they're the defending national champions, and we're not. I'd rather be the defending national champions. Just saying.
But he did get an invite. I always hope kids that go to any college in Montana have a chance to make the league. It shows you can if you come/stay here.If Michael Wortham doesn’t make the 53 the Griz in all likelihood will also have 0 NFL players in their 2026 class.
How's your guy's DL and CB's look? Those were the two positions that you got hit hardest at with losses. We only had 8 seniors and most of our top players were underclassmen who are back for another season.
He did better than just get an invite, he has a contract and will atleast make the training camp roster. But he did get an invite. I always hope kids that go to any college in Montana have a chance to make the league. It shows you can if you come/stay here.
DL should be really solid again. CB is definitely a bit of a question mark. I expect to see one or two of or our more athletic safeties transition to play some corner next year. Last year, our corners weren't great in coverage, but they were fast, knew their roles and tackled really well....i think we can get that again. How's your guy's DL and CB's look? Those were the two positions that you got hit hardest at with losses.
This is one of the things that worries me for Eli. He's going to get a shot in the NFL guaranteed, and still probably will get drafted, but there will be a bunch of teams that hold it against him that he didn't transfer to a P4 program.Anyway, the word is out on this. Times have seriously changed, even in the last year or two.
According to a first-hand account directly from Marcus Weir, the scouts told him point blank he should have gone to the P4 for his shot at the NFL. Staying in the FCS (or G6) is a red flag in the modern NIL era. The scouts are able to be much more efficient by simply making the assumption that a kid should have taken a bag of $$ and transfered or there is something wrong.
Rohan Jones was drafted BTW. I didn't look to see if there were more former Cats who signed FA deals. Don't know.
Rohan Jones wasn’t drafted he signed a free agent deal with the RamsAnyway, the word is out on this. Times have seriously changed, even in the last year or two.
