Prenuptial only applies to whats built financially before marriage. Whats built while they're married is always fair game.

If there is generational wealth, or someone's been self built before marriage, a prenuptial is a must.

Society went on a crusade against masculinity for a few years, perhaps the most dangerous fad of our lifetimes. I think we're past it, but there will be some collateral damage for a few years to come.

I wish we wouldn’t have devalued the academic part of the student athlete and what that means after playing days are done. Greed by the NCAA, conferences and schools. Interesting, ive seen prenups or estate plans that address the family and estate wealth as mentioned in this article, but not future wealth built after marriage. Montana is a no fault state, would that be defensible here Hoops?
