That's true of all cities with Atlanta being the worst for driving after LA. I've lived in St. Paul (loved it because it felt just like Missoula) and Bloomington, Edina, Minnetonka, and a few more 'burbs out west of the cities on Highway 5. I rarely go to St. Paul except for Wild games, High School Hockey State Tournament, and concerts. I work in downtown Minneapolis so I'm in Minneapolis on a more regular basis. When I was over in Woodbury, I tried to avoid going to Minneapolis unless it was on the weekend simply to avoid traffic going through both cities as well as Saint Paul or Bloomington/Eagan usually having whatever I need with less traffic and stress than going into Minneapolis.
