The Bubble today: 6/4/25

I guess this can happen when you get your bubble from Temu
What I heard is that houseright showed up in Missoula and woke up fucked up out of his mind again and somehow woke up on the bubble. He made a call to Sam Mix again to help him out before they got in trouble. Sam is a shit for brains so all he could think up was to throw a grappling hook rope Batman style into the side of the bubble so drunk as a skunk housewright could rappel down. Cruzado and Vigen pulled up just in time to make sure no one commented on it ever and bought some special sweep it under the rug brooms at the Home Depot. Police are looking through security footage.

I too am surprised by that. Typically speaking, I've always heard that these things have been very durable/reliable. Not sure if there was a manufacturing error or if someone inside hit it with something but that does seem odd. Perhaps when everyone moves outside for Fall camp and practice, they can deflate the bubble and repair the seam. Definitely can't have this happening during winter, so at least this was somewhat fortunate timing.
I would not be surprised to hear that UM has filed a warranty claim and a new bubble is in place next summer. This is not normal for a bubble to tear this early. We've had one in our school district for 15 years and it hasn't had any problems. The Metrodome roof lasted 28 years before it needed to be replaced.

Just like the lighting being wired in and added, there is also insulation that will be threaded in when it’s inflated. There will be AC added as well. All the creature comforts necessary for long hours of use year round for the athletics, university and community.

And on the plus side it still handles a snow load better than anything MSDUI designs. 😉

What do you think the manufacturer has to pay for shipping cost to ship it back for repairs? Is it one piece?

While it is in for repairs, they can add the name GOLDBERG to it in huge letters to honor Whoopi Cushion Goldberg.

Doesn't it cost like 100k just to deflate and reinflate it to do repairs? Gotta imagine deflating it, getting it back to the manufacturer, doing the repairs, bringing it back and reinstalling it is north of 500k
