This kid is gonna dominate the Big Sky. We may have to wait a year. His play in high school reminds me of this -> "In 2010, Wagenmann was a redshirt. He was also named University of Montana co-defensive "Scout Team Player of the Year."In 2011, he played in all 14 games. He recorded 13 tackles, including one tackle for a loss. 2012 proved to be a breakout season for Wagenmann. He totaled 50 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, as well as leading the Grizzlies in sacks with 11.5. He was named to three All-American teams. In 2013, Zack started all 13 games. He totaled 8.5 sacks, 16.5 tackles for loss, 64 tackles, and 3 forced fumbles.In 2014, he wore the #37 legacy number for the Griz. He had 17.5 sacks, 22.5 tackles for loss, and six forced fumbles. He was a first-team FCS All-American, first-team All-Big Sky, and Big Sky Defensive Player of the Year. He was also a finalist for the Buck Buchanan Award."

Are you saying Hayden Schwartz is gonna dominate in the Big Sky? I'm just curious how you came up with this analysis considering the kid played only 2 college games since 2022 and has been injured more than he's played. While being amazing in high school is nice, that was 4 years ago.

The Griz have gotten at least a half dozen d-line recruits this off season who are going to dominate the Big Sky. Ha.

Yes, since he's only played in two college football games, he's probably uncoachable and dumb as a rock, which explains why he was recruited out of high school way back in 2022 by Michigan, Duke, Virginia, and Stanford, all excellent academic institutions, as well as other the UM he attended, Minnesota. While you have a point about his inexperience, we also heard the same concerns when we signed another Hayden, Hayden Harris out of UCLA in 2023. I don't think most GRIZ fans are saying Hayden will dominate The Big Sky, I think we're saying he COULD dominate The Big Sky. None of our kids that we sign come with a money- back guarantee, a warranty, but I do trust our staff that recruits our kids--they are right far more often than they're wrong !!!

Yeah, in fact I'm pretty certain he completely forgot how to play football during those 3 years....
