I suspect the next order of business will be Harris will promote Wooley to Associate head coach. That seems like a no brainer. He'd have to hire another assistant to replace himself, likely a woman. Then solidify the current roster and make sure nobody jumps ship, and then get ready to dive head first into recruiting with the portal opening on Monday.

Also kudos to Haslam for getting this announced before everyone leaves for Denver today.

I'm hoping he considers Carmen Gfeller for his one assistant opening.

I would agree with this 100%. I really feel that a former LG player on the coaching staff (the last former LG player on staff was Jordan MacIntyre before she went to Utah) is never a bad idea. I feel that Carmen Gfeller would get a great deal of consideration if Nate reached out to her.

McKenzie Johnston would be another name to consider. She just wrapped up her first season as an assistant at Carroll College.

Maggie Espenmiller-McGraw should be considered, too. She was an assistant at Fort Lewis College this season.
