The most obvious arrogance is your suggestion that McDowell is a better QB than either Fife or Ah Yat. I will concede that, because McDowell was bigger, he was a better straight-ahead runner - at least until the playoff games. But that’s it. He was not quicker running to the edge, not a better passer, not a better leader.Niether current QB is even close to McDowell. I'm not sure what was a more arrogant decision by Bobby. Forcing McDowell out or leaving Bergen in the game at Northern Colorado with a 24-point lead. Both will cost UM a shot at a national title.
Not sure where you cut and pasted this from, but Hoops knows what he is talking about re “cousin” and how it is used. I once heard an AUSA try to explain it to a Ninth Circuit judge who was confused about testimony in a criminal trial by a Blackfeet tribal member. It was actually pretty amusing.Hoops know all about distant relatives. Some of his most distant and their second cousins played reffed and coached all games at all levels.
Did you feel that way DURING the year? How about when he was 10-0 as a starter? Did you feel that way then? It is it just in retrospect?IMHO, McDowall was never the Griz QB but he was a QB that played for the Griz. He came first, as he was for every school where he played.
As a matter of fact, I did feel that way based on his actions and how the team responded to him.Did you feel that way DURING the year? How about when he was 10-0 as a starter? Did you feel that way then? It is it just in retrospect?
Lol. I literally watched the entire offensive line walk off the field against NAU WHILE our QB (Vidlak) was still scrambling for his life....I saw nothing like that with them and McDowell. As a matter of fact, I did feel that way based on his actions and how the team responded to him.
He reminded me a lot of Justin Roper.
Thx. And I was right on the exact relationship between the 2 Sixkillers. Not sure where you cut and pasted this from, but Hoops knows what he is talking about re “cousin” and how it is used. And yet with CD took over something seemed to click with young griz team and the team that got thumped at NAU was absolutely nothing like the team from then on. He proved to be a gamer. He wasn't always perfect but seemed to make the perfect throw, or run in absolute critical times when it was do or die. Took you to Frisco. He proved to be able to make the play and get you the W when you needed it most. Something that your current QBs haven't been able to do in 2 of your games. Maybe they'l show that ability down teh road, we'll see. There will definitely be a time when your QB has to make a play to win.As a matter of fact, I did feel that way based on his actions and how the team responded to him.

Watch the actions on the bench.Lol. I literally watched the entire offensive line walk off the field against NAU WHILE their QB (Vidlak) was still scrambling for his life....I saw nothing like that with them and McDowell.
I don't think the actions of occasionally watching the actions of the bench is meaningful at all, by the way. This is another Never Played the Game comment, in my view.Watch the actions on the bench.
You mean the playoff games he won leading the Griz to the national title game? You are one stupid human. The most obvious arrogance is your suggestion that McDowell is a better QB than either Fife or Ah Yat. I am happy he played for UM but he decided to leave and the offense is much improved this year. Maybe you should troll on the McNeese fan site and tell their fans how much UM misses him.
And you’re a comedian. Impressive. You mean the playoff games he won leading the Griz to the national title game? You are one stupid human.
Couldn't be any further from the truth. Were you drunk AF watching or what?As a matter of fact, I did feel that way based on his actions and how the team responded to him.

No I was not nor am I drunk, AF or otherwise since I do not drink.Couldn't be any further from the truth. Were you drunk AF watching or what?
You clearly did t watch the playoff games what a dip shit. And you’re a comedian. Impressive.
I doubt you even watched the playoff games.
Whatever. I was there. Don’t you have any better insults? It seems your imagination is limited to delusions that aggrandize McDowell. You could also improve your spelling and punctuation. You clearly did t watch the playoff games what a dip shit.
I vote that we convert this into a pissing match. Tennis scoring. It’s currently deuce. A little cleanup, and we can get back to the pissing.McDowell was good enough to lead the Griz to the NC game. That cannot be disputed. He then decided to leave for whatever reason. That also cannot be denied. Can’t that simply be the end of the story or does the dick measuring have to continue?
