Well, we also lost our starting QB for 2 of our hardest road games, and the back half of our schedule that year was much harder than their remaining schedule this year.Honestly, this whole talk of MSU being 7-0 reminds me a lot of when the Griz started 5-0 a few years back, and then the train just derailed. Think we lost 2 or 3 games the rest of the year.
The Griz started 5-0 thanks to a weaker opening schedule and then got punched in the mouth in the 2nd half of the season. Bobcats benefited from a weak opening schedule to go 6-0. We'll see if they can maintain it in the second half.
