Fill me in on how Fife looked in the spring game. Not much conversation on him. When they signed him, it seemed like he was the golden boy who was expected to be the starting QB this fall. Now, I hear nothing about him.

Had nerves and bad snaps hurt him in the spring game. Has a rifle for an arm. He is mobile too! Throws well diagonal across the field towards the sideline. He never gave up on a play! Was throwing high in the scrimmage and OTs didn't give him much time. He will be just fine and much more. He will be the starter imho. Love AY too, he just needs experience!

Seemed hesitant and made a lot of late throws/decisions. I hope it is more a product of learning the offense and working with guys than anything else.

Detrick has always been more of an end that had to play inside out of necessity and because he is a weight room monster. Goal is to allow him to play more outside this year which was evident during the spring game. Edwards leaving makes this even more possible.
