Love the helmet! Something unique and original. Compared to some big old letter on a solid color helmet, this helmet is so much better. These type things are actually good for college football.

the only reason you don't like the maryland one is that you're not from there and you don't have state spirit for there. If we had a jersey combo that represented our state flag most people would hate it but it would mean a ton to me and be my favorite.
 
The Maryland helmets (spirit uniforms, they call them) that they wore this past weekend were hand painted, and actually pretty cool. Virginia Tech's helmet is drunk and needs to go home. Even Oregon thinks that's absurd.
 
Did you guys see the Chrome Candy Cane helmets that Indiana wore? I don't think they are terrible because they are chrome.

I hear the pride part, but I wouldn't want those colors on a Griz helmet... ever.
