I am almost positive he will definitely stay or possibly leave. My inside source is telling me that it is contingent upon whether or not he wants to stay at UM or transfer elsewhere. These facts I am sure of.

Mick Delaney said on the news last night (from the airport in Bozeman where he landed after returning from the Masters) that he had personally spoken to all of the players and they were all returning.
I think he said they were having a coaches meeting last night when he got back to Missoula, team meetings this morning and practice either this afternoon or tomorrow. He also said that he really wasn't changing Phlu's offense and they were going to be aggressive on "d". He looked and sounded pretty excited.

I hope he stays as well. He has NOT even been charged. So let's go City MPD or County...whomever is investigating this...either charge, or don't. I for one hope ALL the facts of the situation come out. Who was there, was alcohol involved or not, (NOT), were others present in the home, etc. I would like to see this young mans name cleared. I eagerly await the Missoulian's follow up story to this situation, as they sure as hell haven't followed up on anything else. Either way...clear the air.

I'm betting we don't. I know its hard to believe but even for JJ his education is why he is here and why he would go elswhwere. He has business to take care of BEFORE those decisions can be made. No school will take him at this point. (except MAYBE as a regular non athletic student.) Its one thing to take a rich Californians son, with some MIP problems (BTW does anyone remember the underage girl in the car when he repeated the performance here?) but a suspected felon? Even if he is cleared Missoulas "special treatment/coverup reputation will have him tainted. His best chance is to stay here.
