I must say I was completely wrong on this. I figured JJ would transfer and was told by a very "reliable" source that he was gone. Very happy I was wrong though.

breaking news. i just got off the jefferson after a weekend of fishing and wouldn'y you know it....i ran into a player VERY close to the griz football team. he was remarkably forward, especially considering that i told him i'm a cat fan. anyway, he let me know that jj broke down last week and admitted guilt to all of the charges thrown at him. said he will be moving on from um.

the good news is he all but assured me that nick montana is coming to missoula. said it's a done deal. you guys can mark my words on all of this. in other words.....take it to the bank.

As for McGhee.... I ran into a MSU athletic trainer in West Yellowstone this summer. He told me that McGhee's shoulder has not healed totally, and that the coaches are very concerned that the first big hit he takes, it will cause problems again. Shoulder injuries are one of the most difficult to heal completely of any. I should know, I have been in the orthopedic surgery device business for many years. I am not "wishing" for him to get injured....just telling you that he will never finish the season as the starter with that shoulder.

Look, *sshole, go back and read my original post on this topic. I don't remember exactly what role this kid had with the Cat team. I didn't date him, I just talked with him for a few minutes! He was a trainer, or student assistant, or whatever.

I certainly don't spend all day on here but there are times at work where I am allowed the ability to cruise the series of tubes known as the internet that Al Gore invented. I just assumed everyone remembered G1's ridiculous post about the trainer from West Yellowstone, since it was pretty stupid.
