See the definition of what a "drug" is and you might learn something new. Now go masturbate some more.
Ok, let the government feed you bullshit. Fact is it's a flower. Beer is man made, it's a drug. Tobacco, drug. Any kind of pills, drug. Cough medicines, drug. Marijuana comes from a seed it grows into a plant, later on when the hours shorten it buds and becomes a flower. But you can continue to be ignorant. I bet you think marijuana can kill you and causes people to go crazy. Go read a book. Lmk.

Lol How 'bout you try cracking a book, hippy...drug: A substance that has a physiological effect when ingested or otherwise introduced into the body, in particular.

Being a plant doesn't preclude something being a drug...
Also on the hippie comment, I shower. My hair is buzz cut and I dress normal. Have you ever seen a real hippie? Doubt it. And I read lots of books. I read more than I watch tv or anything of that sort. I love to read. But be blind from the government feeding bullshit and brainwashing people.

REEFER MADNESS! lol. Go watch some educational movies and read some books about marijuana. Toke it up too. I'm sure it's not what you think it is. Along with all the other people that have no fucking idea what they are talking about when they say shit about it.

Settle down pothead. I didn't disparage marijuana I simply tried to educate you. Now that I know you "invent" your own definitions, I see that educating you is impossible.

She describes two separate instances of rape. The first is pretty clear-cut. "I didn’t have sex last night, right? I said no, right?" And then later: "I had said no. I remembered saying no."

The second is, too:

"I verbally said yes, and physically was still saying no. Sex wasn’t working for me and he didn’t seem to get that.......

I asked him to get off me. He said just a little bit more.

I asked to put my underwear back on.
He kept going."

A woman can withdraw consent at any time, even mid thrust. Sorry, guys.

The way I look at it it's kind of like if I were to leave for a week with my front door wide open and my television set gets stolen. In many ways it is my own stupid fault that my television got stolen. But the person who stole it is still a thief.

A judge asked Charlie Sheen... Why does a guy like you pay for sex? Charlie reply's... I dont pay for the sex, I pay them to leave!

Wasn't it just someones definition who made it up?

You're not very smart at all.

How do you explain the studies that have shown over 50%, and others at 15 - 30%, of rape allegations are false?

Given the law of large numbers, that stat means that there are way too many rapists on this team.

And we both know that there is a big difference between false allegations and allegations that don't lead to a conviction on the original charge.

These stats are for false allegations. The stats for conviction are much lower. By recollection, I think some studies have shown conviction to be down around 10%.

Interesting study. I wonder how, exactly they judge which allegations are false and which are not, without using convictions. I mean isn't that the inherent problem, that this crime usually has a 'he said - she said' element to it? So I wonder what magical procedure this study used to figure out the real truth of the matter?

First of all, the hippie thing was a joke, so we can relax there, k...second, lets not start re-writing the definitions of words to suit our arguments...I realize what his intent was in saying what he said, but when you go the wiseass route with it and start telling people to read a book, youd better know what constitutes a drug...third, i could care less who smokes weed and we all know it isnt the most dangerous DRUG out there by any stretch of the imagination...4th, my career and medical background ensures that ive read and absorbed more information on any drug(including marijuana)than you have or ever will in your lifetime...5th if i keep up this counting bullshit im gonna have to smoke a joint myself :o

JCU: Definitions are made by common usage so we can all understand what another is saying. But I think it would be better for the world if no one understood you. Carry on with your new way o'thinkin pardner.

Why are you so wedded to initial supposed accusations? You need to move on to what the facts turned out to be after the investigations have occurred.

Okay. Barz outlined 9 alleged incidents, 5 of which involved a girl being drugged. We know now that 2 of the five ruffie incidents allegedly involved football players thanks to the work of the media. We also know that of the nine incidents, only one has involved actual charges being filed (Donaldson).

The investigation concluded: "1. Victims coming forward in the press have had a positive impact. The UM has a problem of sexual assault on and off campus and needs to take steps to address it to insure the safety of all students as well as faculty, staff and guests."

Yes, sexual assault is nationwide problem. Virtually all campuses have the problem of sexual assault on and off campus. If you look at the stats, many campuses have much bigger reported problems/numbers than UM. From memory, Yale recently reported almost 60 investigations of sexual harassment in the last six months of 2011, of which 13, I think, were sexual assault. UM has had about 11 in the past 18 months, according to what's been published recently.

Uhm too bad it's illegal to do studies on marijuana. So that's bullshit. And I know basically everything there is to know about it. I would say how I know so much, but probably not the smartest thing to do online. Joints are a waste :( don't abuse. Unless its shitty stuff or if you're rich and it doesn't matter, go ahead. lol

They are made by common usage? So before the word drug was in the definition, everyone used that for that one specific definition? And so you think the word drug came from more than one person? A crap ton of people had a meeting and decided hey this is what drug means? Can people don't have a different view on something? Everything is basically just made up. So what's wrong with making something up yourself or defining something different than others because you see it differently? You know most smart people are considered crazy and get baffled at when they come about new ideas? You know why that happens? Because a lot of people aren't very smart and once something is proven wrong that they believed they still won't believe it because that is what they grew up knowing their whole life. I could type all day, but I'm not going to. I truly feel sorry for your close minded brain. I hope one day you can stop living a bullshit fairy tale.

I also don't agree with PR (and he's well aware of it) and many others that Missoulian has conspired against Montana football, and in no way have they caused Griz football players to do the things necessary to end up in the paper in the first place. The MINUTE the fact that a starting, all-conference quarterback for the Montana Grizzlies was involved in something illegal, it became front page news whether you or I or anybody else likes it or not, including a TRO. The Missoulian caused NONE OF THIS, and as a newspaper, they are NOT being unethical. They are doing their job.

Do you support the Missoulian's various misleading and incorrect statements too? For example, that UM failed to notify the police for a week after they had the name of the foreign student had committed a sexual assault--even though the university spoke with police the same day they learned of the sexual assault. Also, UM police had notified the city attorneys office the day they learned of what had been communicated to them as an assault (non-sexual). Do you think it's okay for the Missoulian to hammer the university for not disclosing the international student's name to police, even though no report had been made to the police and the police said they couldn't do anything even after they had the name? Do you really believe than an ex-parte temporary reporting order involving a college student should be put on the front page of a newspaper like the Missoulian--without any vetting or any questioning or corroboration by any other party?

Do you think the Associated Press' policy, at least as of several years ago when an article that I posted earlier was written, of generally not disclosing the name of a suspect before he has been charged, is a good policy?

Do you not support the journalism ethics statements that I posted earlier today? Let me know if you can't find them, and I'll re-post them.

I assume you believe in some journalistic ethics?

I think the Missoulian exposed PR in the past, and he can't get past it. He has no credibility as an attorney in Missoula, I can testify to that fact from several attorneys that I know.

JCU: Jesus that rant of ignorance made me spit water out my nose. God help us all if you lose any more brain cells to drugs: alcohol or plant based! Wow. Hahahahaha

Lol That's a guarantee, argh, ...but im confused here...clearly you can read, so you obviously know that I wasn't talking to you...so either youre response was less than intelligent, or you were sticking up for your buddy jcu's reading habits on marijuana...which would just be weird...so did u just feel left out and have to give yourself a pat on the back, or do you just know way too much about jcu?

lol seriously, JCU, you are out of youre territory on this subject, im trying to just laugh it off but christ youre not making it easy...if youre unaware of studies on the active compound in marijuana(would hope you know what that is but im starting to wonder)then you really are unarmed on this topic...and what a ridiculous topic, by the way...i get so pissed when these threads get de-railed and now im contributing to it, i apologize

Oooooooh..... UofM's sex assault problem is slightly less severe than Yale's! Yippeee!!!!

I'm just sticking to the facts of the investigation, like you asked. Diane Barz was not commissioned to examine sex assaults in America, or Yale. She investigated the University of Montana. This is what the investigation determined: "The UM has a problem of sexual assault on and off campus"

Do you agree, or don't you agree, with the President's independent investigator?

I try hard to avoid responding to ridiculously ignorant arguments but you can't even manage to be consisent in your stupidity. Ok, granted marijuana is a plant but apparently tobacco isn't? You live in the south right? Maybe you need to put down the pipe and take a drive out in the country. I guarantee you won't find a bunch of people "making tobacco". I am afraid you are nearing your last brain cell...
