SUU beat UNLV last year if I recall. Now it's the Jacks turn.

Utter BS. What NAU will see from UNLV is their worst dream: facing Bobby Ball once again. This UNLV team is not last year's team. It is bigger, stronger, faster, smarter, and more athletic than the 2 previous seasons. BH finally has the guys for his system. The prima donnas and glamour boys are all gone. The head cases are gone. BH finally has guys dialed into the team, rather than individual, concept.

All of you know that's how Bobby works.

Much of this depends on whether he continues with the QB who gave SUU 21 points w/ 3 pick 6s. I doubt he will & hope not. BH now has a good QB, a red-shirt freshman who never saw the field last year. He's big, strong, and fits BH's pro-sytle, and by all accounts is developing well. UNLV will do better this year, & NAU will be one of the reasons why. Prediction: UNLV 45 NAU 10. UNLV will finish far better in the MWC this year than last year, despite the pre-season polls and eGriz ignorance. Go GRIZ SOUTH!!

Bobby's team is so good that he fired his coordinators and are picked to finish 2nd to last in the MW. Inspiring.

Any of those guys go to Rebel practices, like BW does w/ the Griz? Any of those guys went to last year's practices to compare now w/ then? Several Rebel fans have & see marked difference (for the better) between last yr & this yr. There are some BWs on the Rebel board.

A win against Idaho would actually mean more to me as a fan. We actually have history with them, and a chance to win that game.

Very little chance we'll be able to stop a Leach offense, IMO.

Considering that they're beat writers for their teams, and voters in the various national polls, yes, they attend practices. These guys don't look through ______ colored glasses of their teams, they look through the glasses of professional reporting.

I don't see us beating WSU either, but I think it's certainly within the realm of possibility. By that I don't mean App State/Michigan odds. I'd give us maybe 20-25% against WSU, 60-65% against Idaho. WSU will be a high scoring affair.
