WOW, thanks for this awesome thread! I'll be in Couer d' Alene for the NaU game and I think I will try out the country club bar and grill. Looks like a great place.

How was it?

Pretty cool.
They had two massive projection screens, one had the Griz game on it and the other had on the Cougar game. They also had the Griz game on one of the smaller screens above the bar.
Good size place... lots of tables around the projection screens, big dance floor with stage, pool tables...

There was one other person decked out in Griz gear when I showed up. She was excited to see a fellow Griz fan.

Thanks again for the info!

(Tons of Griz merchandise in Couer d' Alene and Spokane
No other FCS stuff...just Griz and a surprising amount of it.)

At the Pony Keg Grill & Bar in Kent, WA. Great place. Great food. Bartender is a Griz fan.

We were at the Texas Firehouse in Amarillo Saturday when I noticed a Moose Drool sign on the wall. I asked the waitress how well it was selling and she said it was popular and that she tried it and liked it. We weren't so lucky when I asked if she would put one of the sets on channel 683 on DirecTv and they weren't subscribed to Root Sports. Maybe that will change.

I've heard of large gatherings of Griz/Cat fans at Buffalo Wild Wings on Coulter.

Also Beef O'Brady's at 45th & Coulter will cater to your viewing requests.

Seems like I watched the Griz at Sam Houston State debacle at Hummers on Olsen at Paramount.

My man cave and patio lounge is the best Griz viewing in the state, 3 - 60+ inch screens, it allows for cigar smoking, the crowds are less, the beer is colder and less expensive and you can yell and cuss out loud without worrying about offending someone.

That's great, but do you actually get Griz games? ;)

I wouldn't be there if they weren't. I subscribe to every sports program offered just to get them. I also have a 32 Inch monitor on the computer in the same room as a backup.

I believe they call that "COMMITMENT" :clap:

Did I miss someone posting a location in Seattle?

Sluggers on the Eastside. Address: 12506 NE 144th St, Kirkland, WA 98034

Thanks! Go GRIZ

We have been watching Griz games there for 12 years--getting 30-50 people each Saturday and sometimes more. Griz/Cat draws 200+ or until they turn folks way due to the fire code. Last Griz/Cat the bouncer had to turn away 40 or so....

I don't maintain a list, but I do try to keep track of the lists (http://silverfb.com/bscfb.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). The Alumni Association once tried to keep a list, and it's still up there but hasn't been updated for at least a year or two. Now they try to put an asterisk on Griz-Cat locations that show all the games.

The problem with that is the mixture of broadcast types. For example, one bar in Peoria, AZ can pull in the ROOT broadcasts but not Max Media. You have to know who is broadcasting the game in order to know if the game will be on at that location or not.

eGriz List

Patron-provided list.

Griz-Cat Parties
http://grizalum.org/events/grizcat/satellites.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Ones with an asterisk show all games, but check with the coordinator.

Joe's List
http://www.vitarbordesign.com/Griz_Viewing_Locations.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Incomplete, especially for Arizona.

Where to watch the Griz in South Carolina. Working east of the Mississippi good sometimes, bad during playoffs if Griz don't travel. Looking at the listing, there is not a place east of the Mississippi.

The GSA has a site HTTP:\\www.GoGriz.com\Sports\GSA\Satellite.html . Looked it up. Actually has sites East of the MIssissippi.

I have some family out in Portland OR. Anyone know of a Griz sports bar ala Sluggers out there?

Did you look at the list? ;)

Does anyone know of a sports bar on the Vegas strip that will show the game? My buddy stated they couldn't get to Torrey Pines because of the distance from the strip.
