I have prefaced everything I have said so far on both topics, and going all the way back to my friendly battles with Hammer on Tate Forcier, as GUESSES. So far I am 3-0 on guesses. I'm going to stick with my perfect streak and GUESS JJ will never play another down for the Montana Grizzlies. It might be because he's found guilty, it might be because Engstrom upholds the expulsion after aquittal, it might be because he decides he wants to move on with his life, it might because he's made at the entire state of Montana for what happened to him. But I'm going to GUESS he won't be back with the Griz...

I actually admire that attitude, as I think most in JJ's position would avoid the hassle and aim for a fresh start somewhere else. Now whether or not he is acquitted AND, in addition, whether or not Engstrom has the intestinal fortitude to admit his own haste and allow JJ back upon acquittal are entirely different matters.
Don't get your hopes up about JJ walking scott free. He may not be convicted of the sexual intercourse without consent but I'll bet dollars to donuts he is convicted of a lesser charge. I doubt he'll do time but he wont walk either.bigkid said:This is exactly why a trial could be the best thing for JJ and The University.
