When is a good time to start talking about our next coach?

Is it all the coach, does he say JJ you can only throw to #7 on this play? the coach does a lot of things but the one thing he can't do is execute the play. That is the players job.

Could it be JJ isn't making the right decisions? You would think through 3 games he would have a good passing game.

Champions do not play the blame game they take responsibility.

The perception from the outside is always different from the inside( that means from a fans point of view also) that is why they consultants and external auditors.

Just my opinion from the outside no need to freak out if you don't agree

MD is the Grizzlies Gerald Ford. He's served his purpose of bringing calm after the storm. THE STORM IS OVER. And to answer your question, I want a coach who can get the players to play better than they ever thought possible.

So what you're saying is its time for our Jimmy Carter?

Two things have to happen to attract an outside coach that can carry on the Griz tradition.

The first is that RE has to be canned. No outside coach with the potential to rebuild the Griz will come here with RE as the University President . I don't want to beat a dead horse...we all know the reasons. The University of Montana deserves better!

The second is that Mick has to gracefully retire. It's time...and thank him for picking up the mess. But he has to retire to reverse the slippery slope. It' s in the best interest of the University. Unfortunately, power is an aphrodisiac, so he may not want to step down.

Then, go out and recruit Joe Moglia, the head coach of Coastal Carolina and former CEO of TD Ameritrade. Moglia signed with Coastal Carolina on December 20, 2011, replacing David Bennett. In his first season with Coastal, he led the team to win the 2012 Big South Conference Championship and was named 2012 Big South Conference Coach of the Year. They are currently ranked No. 3 in the FCS. He also has no ties with Coastal Carolina (except for being the head coach).

He is also the author of two books: The Perimeter Attack Offense and Coach Yourself to Success: Winning the Investment Game.

I'm thinking of a third....eGriz has got to go.
