You'll change your tune after a few games. How many qb's do we recruit that seem to be great on paper that never see the field? I'm not saying that we don't have a great one on the roster with Wheeler or Sneed but we had a bonified all conference sophomore on the team and they showed him the door.

Jensen chose to leave, Period. Huack did not name a starter and from talking to players( I know several) he pouted all spring about not being named the “starter”. They say he was also difficult to coach and talked about not liking the new offense. If that’s not competing then I don’t know what is. What would scare me to death is going into this season knowing it’ll be another season of the same crap we had the last two. Promising season to start, mediocre by the end, loss to Kitties, and miss playoffs.

Actually our best one might be Cam Humphrey, and that's coming from a former NFL scout with ties to the Griz. Said he was a huge get and was #1 on their recruting board. I was bummed about Jensen initially....after what I've heard I'm not anymore. He didn't want to be there anymore looking over his shoulder. Time to move on. QB is in great shape.

Yep, I was surprised too. I think we will have another legit QB competition in the fall.

Looks like we have several thinking we have at least three potential all-american QB's on the roster and a couple of other MT recruits in the mix as well. We shall see but a whole lot of programs didn't want what we have picked up over the spring. I would temper my excitement if I was you but I am thankfully not you.

A whole lot of programs didn’t want what we picked up over the spring? What inside information can you share with the rest of us about the qbs we picked up over the spring and what the other programs saw and our guys missed?
 
BH picks up Graves, Sneed, Humphrey and now Harris and we should still be kicking pebbles because Jensen left or was shown the door or forced out or whatever. Smh.

Show me proof of all this excitement I have. I think the Griz go 7-4 and I'll be fine with that. I'm just sharing what I know on Humphrey...that an NFL scout with 20 years experience said he's the real deal and it was a big deal for the Griz to get him. Didn't say anything about all Americans or anything else. In fact the only thing you got right in post was thankfully you're not me....otherwise you'd be fun, likeable, and one kick ass dude. I agree, you're none of those things.

My stance exactly. After what I’ve heard, and who we’ve brought in, I am no longer bummed. Excited, actually.
