Disagree with you. Eagles have a weak linebacker Corp and two of their draft picks were OLB. Dante is straight up a MLB and should have a great chance to impress there.

40 time killed him. He’s just too slow to play in the NFL.

Guy was one hell of an FCS player though.

I will bet you $100 that he plays in the NFL. Shall we bet? He's not slow. He just had a weak 40 time at Combine. He's athletic, fast enough, and gets a great jump on plays (so plays fast). Like Beers said, he's great tackle to tackle. I think he's good beyond that.

He already signed with the Eagles. Took about 2 mins after the draft. Was probably a done deal before draft ended.

It was doubtful Coyle would start. Bobby Wagner got injured and Coyle stepped up. We all know Dante is 110 percent in the learning and adjusting fire area, now all we need is a Tonya Harding to happen to a starter... :thumb:

No. Didn’t we already have a bet going that Jabril Cox would be a first round draft pick and Dante would go undrafted?..or something along those lines.

Looks like what I’ve said about Dante is pretty consistent with what is happening. You called him a 4th round pick. I said UDFA with a remote shot of making the team......

He’s slow. It’s hard to run a 40 “that slow”.....there were offensive lineman who were faster.
 
Hope he makes the cut, but he doesn’t move well laterally. That, not his bench or 40 time, is what will hurt him most.

Don't think I ever said where Dante would be drafted, but feel free to show some backup for what you said.
