I kind of think this quote is less well thought out. I mean, doesn't a defending attorney have to have a good working relationship with the prosecutor's office to be successful? That was the way I always understood it.

Instead of preferential treatment for football players, Datsopoulos asserts, the prosecutors are "very aggressive in their cases in their cases against football players and in their demands for stiff sentences. The deputies in the office of the county attorney are female and activist, and they make every case a matter of women's rights and a gender issue."

For any of you legal eagle/beagle types...

Just curious as to how often the Missoula County Attorneys Office assigns 5 or 5+ prosecutors to
non capital crime cases? Ive emailed the Missoula County Attorneys Office requesting the above, but its been over 2 weeks and still no response. Is this a common practice in Missoula?

Can anyone on this site present one crime committed by any member of any higher education facility in Montana that wasn't first committed by a member of Congress?

Although prolly not your intent, you probably have said the most profound thing I have read in the year I have been posting here. You summed up the whole situation and explained it all at once. Is there possibly a lower thought of group than Congress, unless its the legal proffesion? How many really are douche bags as opposed to pretty good guys who hang around with douche bags.
