Well Done Student Section

It could be me because it's cutting edge funny........but I only have one screen name so I am in the dark with all of you........that being said Pastor Ron is awesome and whoever is doing this better never stop.

Someone contact the university. The student section was maybe half full. It was spaced out andeembarrassing. The university needs to promote the games better. I know we haven't had this issue in a long long time but its true. Less than 70% of student tickets were claimed this week. (Per a Box office employee)

Don't know about that 70% quote, that doesn't sound right.
I saw a full student section which emptied almost completely at half time. It was then at least half way through the third (or later) that they'd finally filled it back up. So if someone saw a TV shot early in the 3rd qt it would appear to be a very poor turnout in their section. Yet they stayed to the end and deserve credit for unexpectedly starting that cheer in the 4th. It was a great way to pick up the crowd at a needed time. So I agree, "Well done student section"!

If you think that was packed your have never been to wa griz in 2010 or earlier...and I'm sure you have. Honestly I sat in the south endzone and the amount of students was exceptionally low. The person in the um box office is pretty reliable as I know them personally. All the south endzone corner was sold to public and trust me the students section was pretty spaced out most the game.

Titleist, I'm with you. The student section was no different than normal.

The students didn't sell out their allotment of tickets for Cal Poly. That part is true. But 70 percent not sold out is so absurdly wrong it's laughable. The students have been great this season, have been great for years. They come and scream, they are rowdy and they support the team. There is nothing wrong with student section or student support. PERIOD
