I suggest the next time we play Poly we watch footage of teams that play Georgia Tech, Navy, Air Force ect. that actually have success stopping the option, whatever we did today didn't work for shit.

You don't think they do that sort of thing?

Well, if Montana would have scored on all its dam red zone possessions. Red zone efficiency is still a big concern. That and the second to last possession, where stitt decided to play conservative and count on semenza to make a 50 yard field goal

nah, this one rests with the defense. One of the poorest games I've seen from the Griz in a very long time.

The number of blown assignments was incredible.

Do Griz fall out and cal poly gets ranking? I think poly will be a beast this year. Griz D was beat too many times today, like they had no clue wut was going on...

Stitt lost that one. Second to last series he was coaching "coaching not to lose" rather than "coaching to win" that conservative pay calling will come back to bite a team in the ass most times..... Bad coaching...

I have money that Gus checked into at least 2 of those plays.

Or even BSC teams that beat them....numerous each year. Semore's secret plan should have stayed secret. Or at least explained to DBs so they actually still covered someone

I see us in the 10-15 range, Cal Poly is a really good team this season

28-point swing on those two turnovers.

How do you figure?
Potentially, I should say.

Instead of going up seven more, we give up 7 - 14 point swing.

Then we do the same thing again. 28 points.

Potentially.

I am very excited to watch this season there is potential all over the place.

This.
Offense looked great today. Defense had some problems, but nothinng that cant be cleaned up...the triple option is a bitch to defend.
On to SUU.

All in all, offenses was awesome except for two TD left on the field, but who ever plays poly will have to win but trading TD. They are good hands down.

Then his "coach" hasn't "coached" him very well.

I am actually more encouraged after this game than either of the first 2.
Same. Offense looked awesome. That's what I was expecting this year.

Turnovers and mistakes can hopefully be cleaned up.

2-1 at this point is still a good spot to be in.

I don't buy that. He seemed to make the right checks most of the game. Poly just made the plays.
