Besides the 2 turnovers and one recovered fumble Gus is playing very well. Take care of the ball and the defense will adjust.

Our defensive adjustments require players to execute better. Their defensive adjustments require another week of practice. They have no answer for the Griz O.

I feel good about the 2nd half.

Nice, yet another epic struggle against a program that wins 5-6 games year
Cal Poly won just three conference games last year. It was said that nobody could figure out how to play them.
Once again, just because Poly lost games doesn't mean the other teams shut down and figured out their offense.
Once again, its a combination of offense and defense. Five teams figured that out.

And I would also note, that what happened last year means zero to this year.

Well I'm glad you do. We've had two weeks to prepare. Looks like we didn't prepare at all.

Well that sucks good good Cp. Griz offense needs to figure it's shit out. Griz d is fine it's hard to stop the triple option you have to out score it to win.
what game are you watching? The D has been terrible offense excellent, absent turnovers.

I can't watch the first half but given the Box score, looks like CP can't stop the Griz offense with the exception of the few turnovers. Our defense is holding CP to a decent amount given the turnovers. Just can't turn the ball over or we need to force turnovers ourselves. Only difference in game it seems.

As do your observations.

Looking like will need a couple turnovers or key penalties. Can't just keep trading scores. First poly possession in 2nd half is a MUST to not let them score. Semore....time to earn the DC title and get the adjustments done

I don't know maybe we can keep trading scores with them? If we hold them to a couple field goals.

That missed coverage, where #11 feel, is a turning point right now

Or the two turnovers inside our own 25.
Cuz if that didn't happen...Griz probably hold them and drive again. But I see your point

They could go over scheme, but there was no way they could prepare for actual game speed. They had to use Coach Hall as the scout team QB just to get the looks that Poly would show.
