Think Otis and Tresnak will be too much for the Griz in Ogden

Way to piss in our cheerios already...Jeez, c'mon. Enjoy the win.
True...I thought Tres. and Bamforth would be a tough pair but they played as well as they could and Ward has had much better games. I think the Griz can win out...they have more talent from top to bottom.

I hope we don't have to rely on going 30 of 33 from the line again. That is near impossible to do with that many attempts. Our shooting has to be better against them in round 2.

LA and box:

Two guys who could win the lotto and be upset that the computer picked their numbers.... :?

GFY. This was a HUUUUUUGE win. And the Griz are better top to bottom. When they play well, no one in this conference can hang with them.

Everett...GFY I never said it was not a big win, but knowing how Big Sky officials are, I foresee Weebs getting to many calls in Ogden for the Griz to overcome. Berry and Otis are two of the biggest floppers in the league, especially Berry.

That is how the Griz play! Cherry, Ward, Jamarr, all know how to get the other guy to foul....Kobe Bryant gets a lot of points that way and it hasn't been lost on the Griz players! the more they can get guys to foul them they more easy it is....when there is no real post guy, this is very smart bball...and the results are there...I think the Griz learned a lot last year playing Wisconsin....

Hey Crowd... You get your money's worth?? This team plays on thur's as well! Get out and enjoy yourselves.. They are entertainment!

Can't argue. If I were a betting man (and I am -- although I never bet against the Griz), I'd take weebs in the rematch if the spread is less than, say, 3 or 4. But you're always negative. Don't give me shit for calling you out on it. Just enjoy this win FFS. We've got a month before we need to talk about the rematch in ogden.

And I stand by what I say: This Griz team is the best in the league when they play their style of BB.

Definitely agree. Excellent free throw shooting is why we pulled out the W.

With Will Cherry on our side, I like our chances in Ogden.
and, when he isn't clicking, Jamar is, and DeSheilds, and Ward, and Coleman...and, by then, Gregory should be back....i think UM will play even better in Ogden, but they can't take any game for granted...Montana State is looking better..and there are a couple of road trips left...

Guess you must have missed my post about Will having his best game this season, and Weisner playing very well on both ends of the floor. I think Coleman is a great asset on the offensive end, but needs to work more on the defensive end...guess that is just too negative. I mention that Jamar was struggling working through screens...too negative.

Definitely agree. Excellent free throw shooting is why we pulled out the W.

It is/was excellent strategy to get to the line. My point is, very seldom a team hits their FT's at that clip. A coach will not expect that kind of ft shooting every game, and it is not a realistic expectation for your team. More power to the GRIZ for hitting FT's that well. Considering, good FT shooting teams hit 75% to 80 % from the line.

I am not listening to this game, but I notice the Griz Band is dressed in Mormon baptism garments..Now, that IS funny!

Haha, nice, my friends and I were trying to figure out what they were wearing...we went with Hospital gowns though.

well, I like my idea...after all, it is Weber...reminded me of the very irreverent day when a bball game in Missoula was the best show in Montana....

This Griz tam is not even close to playing to potential. I will be surprised if the game in Ogden is even very close. This game was a cat playing with its toy. Unless there is a significant failure Mr. Tinkle's Opus comes at Ogden with a historical win, that sets Coach up for his dream. This is history in the making boys, enjoy the ride.

Best showing at the line I've seen in a long time...but the benefits are when the fouls begin to add up on key players. That is when Cherry, Jamar and the aggressive Coleman and Ward do their thing best...

Yeah, my initial thought when I saw the light blue hospital gowns was it was just a tip to the Prostate Awareness night...

Speaking of which (and this is kind of petty of me), why do awareness games during games that are considered rivalry, must-win games? Shouldn't they have done a "maroon-out" or "white-out", not a wear baby blue night? I understand the increased visibility, but still you wouldn't ask football fans to not wear school colors during Cat-Griz or a Friday night semifinal playoff game. Dumb move by the administration, IMO...
