Sears seems like a solid choice. Granted he just came to Weber State this spring, but his experience coaching in the Big Sky should serve him well. Like some others, I figured McBride would come back, but was obviously wrong. At least Sears worked with the program through the spring and should know the personnel pretty well. It was a good move to name a coach quickly.
