Some fine work nzone. When Nest Week flies in our faces, I, for one, will not be one of the chicken littles afraid to take one on the beak. Even though our coach doesn't have the feathered hair, we have the talon to win. We have to be disciplined instead of just winging it.

Strange. For having NO OFFENSE, the Griz are still #28 in total yards per game (That's better than nearly a hundred other teams.) Yes, the rushing offense sucks, but UM is #9 in passing yards, even after their last effort. And even with the poor red zone scoring, the Griz are still better than average in scoring at 24.8 points per game. Say what you want ... that's not " 'rah-rah" shit" -- that's what the numbers say.

In all reality we may have already witnessed all the games this years team may win. It's a very real possibility at this point unless some major changes take place for our offense and O line.

It seems PSU may be the best team in the BSC. The Beavers yesterday got there hats handed to them by the Cougs. PSU beat the Cougs this year. Beavers beat Weebs!

I thought this year would be rough. However it has the makings of one of the worst years in a long long time. Not being negative just truthful. I think in 2 or 3 Stitt will have his offense moving. By year 4 it could be a machine.

At this stage we are down 2 QB's and Stitt should do what is needed to salvage this season.

Hey, if we were all perfect, life would be boring.

Anyway, the lack of red zone scoring is the most frustrating part of what's happened this season, isn't it? "Taking what the defense gives you" is great when the D has to cover the whole field and deep behind the line of scrimmage. But when the zones shrink as you get close to the end zone, finesse and misdirection won't always do the job. Your O-line needs to create seams, and you need a runner who can, sometimes, go through a would-be tackler to get in. The O-line has improved, really, but since Counts got dinged up, we have not had a real power runner. Maybe Calhoun can be that guy ... I don't know.
