Nice quote from South Dakota State Coach John Stiegelmeier (about playing NDSU this week) on the SportsNetwork website:

"It has nothing to do with facilities, it ain't nothing to do with the coaches, understand?" Stiegelmeier said. "You've got to beat them on the field, and you've got to do that a number of years to be looked at as the same type of program.

"We all want what Nebraska has. We all want what North Dakota State has, what Montana has, what Appalachian State had. I'm not envious; that's the goal. There's a target next to getting to Frisco" for the FCS championship game in Texas.

http://www.sportsnetwork.com/merge/...network&page=cfoot2/news/news.aspx?id=4627612

Funny he didn't mention the Bobcats, or even EWU.[/quote

I think he obviously mentioned teams that have recently won national championships. Not teams that won 30 years ago even Though EWU won it all a few years ago.

Since when does a dozen years equate to "recent".... Just an observation.

It would seem the South Dakota State coach was referring to how the Montana Grizzlies have consistently made it to the playoffs and played for the National Championship frequently within the past decade. The Griz were in the title game in 2004, 2008, and 2009, while also making it to the semi-finals a time or two as well. They also made it to the chipper in 1995, 1996, 2000, and 2001. How many times have the Eagles made it there observer??? Better yet, how many times have they made the playoffs "recently"???

No observation here, but the observer is not all that bright and kind of a d-bag, that is clearly a fact backed up by his little so-called observations.

I guess reading comprehension is not a part of the UM curriculum either... your partner in crime said

If I were reading this statement, OBVIOUSLY one would have thought that the Griz have RECENTLY won a NC not last won 12 YEARS AGO....

talk about not being a bright d-bag!! :thumb:

How old are you 12? Go to school or go play in the road. Either one won't bother me

Nice comeback...did you come up with that slam all by yourself. I was not talking about what any other Griz poster (my so-called partner in crime) was saying, but the article this entire post was made about. You know, what the South Dakota St coach stated about what Nebraska, North Dakota St, and Montana have.

Unlike the other poster who stated you could go ahead and off yourself, which I am sure was just a sick joke, I hope you stay here and keep putting us in our place, or just continue making a complete @$$ of yourself. Your reply speed is crazy fast, it almost implies you are indeed a troll and have no life. Now please excuse me while I get ready for work because hanging out on egriz 24/7 is better left to people like you.

Sorry, but there's only one set of #'s that matters during that stretch:

0-2
1-0

All the rest are just window dressing.
Damn. I have spent a shitload of money on tickets to see window dressing over the last 5 years.

Well, if the answer was preordained, what fun would THAT be? ;)

I know exactly what you were doing on here, being the d-bag that you are. I added my two-cents just as you felt the need to do. Reread my original post and you can see I stated how it seems what the South Dakota St coach meant by wanting what MT has. The other poster interpreted that how he wanted, which is fine by me. You know 12 years is not all that long ago anyway. Maybe for someone like you who may only be 12.

Now for education...I have 2 bachelor degrees and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Do you even know what that means...doubt it. Oh yeah, one degree is in criminal justice administration-law enforcement, so I deal with dumb@$$3$ like you on a regular basis. Have a good one observation boy.

His life partner told me that one Summer he Came Loudly, it was weird considering he was just delivering pizza................ :?

Nobody knows why the SDSU coach listed those particular teams. Maybe he was listing teams with a tradition of making the playoffs nearly every year, teams that have won multiple national championships, or teams with large fan bases. Maybe even teams with large fan bases that have a reason to live.

The only things that are clear from his statement is that he didn't list EWU, EWU has none of the attributes listed above, and that no school wants what EWU has.

  I just love it when the internet tough guy and the internet geek come together... It is freaking funny as hell when someone whips out his "supposed degrees" in order to look like an intelligent poster on a blog re FCS football!! You go girl!! :thumb: :thumb:
