I think he has to use his legs. Even though he has been doing a good job, nothing makes me think he can pick up a 3rd and long throwing the ball.

Well if the choice is throwing the ball away because all the receivers are covered or him running for a first down I think the latter is the better choice. It's obvious that Eastern Washington didn't really think he would run the ball so they don't have anyone to account for him.
