Is your thinking that coach is taking too much of a risk with Canada?
 
I think these North Dakota announcers are pretty complimentary of our program and athletes. It isn't like the Northern Colorado announcers or the Weber State color guy for their basketball program. The color guy for this game is an ex-linebacker and very complimentary of the offense.

well why risk the chance of a fumble? it was obvious they weren't thinking about scoring so it is just smart to take the knee and end the half.
 
Terrific 1st half, and hard to find much wrong, considering the results. 2 things that I question. 1. Why go into that softer defense with UND's last drive? I hate when teams do that, not just the GRIZ.
2. Why not work on our last minute offense to close the 1st half? We need to practice that for later in the season, when we need it. Especially when the offense was clicking. Also Lider needs work in those situations too. Sorry nobody can convince me otherwise. In my opinion that was a coaching mistake.

I like how aggressive we are with Goodwin with his assignments. He is playing a lot tight coverage that a true #1 CB should be.

Harris had a nice first half too with I think 3 break ups
