UM vs. UNC

They are almost 20% higher than us for FG% right now. If it wasn't for the 21 turnovers we'd be in deep shit :P

The rebounding advantage is because they are hitting 60+% of their shots. The FT% are similar..with us at 65% them at 67%. It's our inside D that's killing us right now. Our guards are doing a good job forcing turnovers at least.

Jamar with another huge 3 now, up by 7 now 65-58. Looking better now at least!

The Griz really do not have a true post player...but they are faster now with the line up we have right now...

I like the lineup we have in at the moment against UNC. What gave UNC fits here was our team out quicking them, which is what we are doing right now (and causing turnovers again).
 
Not to upset the 'fans" but UM is up by 7 since Selvig went out and they were up under the same circumstances in the 1st half....this is simply a different team when they are faster...Selvig has a definite roll on this team and can produce when he keeps his head in the game and his feet moving but dribbling is not his thing.

I knew you could not go the entire game without throwing blame at Selvig.

Bingo....UM has speed when the line up changes...and they are smarter on offense...now they look like they should against UNC..25 turn overs so far...
