Ron Gould (new head coach) came over and brought his staff from Cal. He was associate head coach/ running backs coach. He is run oriented, for sure.

Its going to be a little different at Davis than over the last 30 years. Going from a Pro-Style pass-oriented scheme, to a 2 TE run-oriented attack. My hope is that the Davis offense takes on some of the characteristics of a Stanford offense- hard nose.

Not quite there yet, however. As far as Saturday? 28-17 Griz. (but you never know!)

It's Homecoming at Davis this week end and temps will be in the high 70s. They don't expect more than 500 UM fans and are confident that they have turned their program around. This is going to be a good game and sorry I have to miss it. The Griz are going to have to stop a pretty well coached grind it out offense. The Griz win this one in a close contest.

Interesting. Thanks for the input. 11 point spread, huh? Hmmm, makes me kinda wonder if I should give some more leeway in my prediction. I would imagine that you know what the Griz have been up too.

Stop on by our boards and chat. I have no idea what the score of the game will be, I just hope it is a good game like the last time you came to Davis.

I don't expect a blow out. This game is shaping up to be a good one! No matter the outcome I am sure that it will be said we still haven't played anyone yet.......

Unfortunately, it's looking like the Griz will probably have to beat EWU and MSU before they get any respect. And that's not necessarily a bad thing.
