The Griz need to score, or run out the clock. The O has looked pretty good, but -- overall -- this game is giving me a severe pain in the gut.

UCD's offense is much better with their new QB. I see UCD's offense being successful against most of the Big Sky conference.

I remember many years in the '00s where the Griz were in the same kind of situation on defense with issues on offense, and pulled off some miraculous wins that led to awesome seasons. If we can lock up that rushing D, this one might be pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Defense was great at times, bad at other times. They came up big when it counted though.
Really nothing to not like about the offense. The 1st half inconsistent play was more of players not executing than the play calling. I am happy we finally seen a complete game of diverse play calling on offense. Also JJ, Canada, and Jones all looked terrific today. OL protected better when needed.

Overall, the coaches and players restored some of my faith. Good confidence building game on the offensive side of the ball. I pray we see similar play calling rest the season. :thumb:
