Agreed. It just kills me that people rave about the transfers IN, but say stuff like that when someone decides to hang up the cleats.

I have zero issues with him leaving. No matter the reason. If his heart's not in it anymore, why would you abuse your body?

EGriz never ceases to amaze me. When EGrizzers are talking about the team getting vaccinated they say they all must do it for the good of the team! Take one for the team they say! I said, your body your choice. I was the bad guy!
Now another guy is leaving for who knows why and I am the bad guy for stating one team one fight. Just to prove my point of all the Hypocrits on this site! Not saying AZ you said this! People can go back to that Covid threat and look who said what if they really care?

I don't disagree with 'my body, my choice' per se, in either instance. Whether your choice means you don't get to go to events or public institutions (no vax) or don't get to play football (mental health, don't like it anymore, or whatever), it's still your choice. In some instances, people's choices consequences they don't like. In this instance, it appears the young man's choice has its intended consequence.

What is going on in the locker room, specifically with the Oline? This is becoming a trend, Cole sain, ganoung, keintz, and there have been others in that position specifically. Is it Germer? Something doesn’t feel right about it.

PERSONAL STATEMENT

“My Collegiate goals and aspirations are to play college football and have as much fun as possible doing it. I love the sport of football and Love playing it to my full ability. I also would like to study in Law to become either a state trooper, or a local sheriff. Also in college, I would like to meet new life long friends and just have a great time.
What makes me a good candidate is just my performance and effort level to football, Leadership, Dedication, Effort, and Drive to want to play college football at my best ability.
What sets me aside from every other recruits is my character, I'm always looking to get better if its either working out, school work, or playing football its self in a position. For athletics, I will drive my self to get better and succeed to my best as possible, and when i'm there, I will keep going. With academics, I am a all a, and b student. This doesn’t add up to me. I suspect there could be something going on internally that has led to players leaving, first OL player that left earlier this year the reason is mental health, this next one, Tyler no exact explicit reason given as to why? Also, both players immediately removed from the online Griz roster on the website… Smells fishy.

Let me volunteer a lesson I learned from decades of of managing people. You don’t want people in your organization that no longer want to be there. If you keep them around you will likely rot from the inside.

Great point but also I have a point. Mindsets and behavior internally can become contagious. Who’s to say the last OL who decided to leave didn’t have something to do with why Tyler left too. Is there a common denominator here that wasn’t addressed leading up to more turnover of player (s). I’d bet there is, More to this story…
